• Primary Client Need: Post-hospitalization support and safe transition home from Sweetwater Memorial.

• Inclusions & Focus: Hospital pickup, pharmacy stop, refrigerator check/restock, bedsheets changed, and 4 hours of settling-in care.

• Price Model: $350 Flat Fee

• The Frontier Handyman

• Primary Client Need: Urgent fall prevention and home safety fixes.

• Inclusions & Focus: Installation of grab bars, checking/changing furnace filters, and addressing major tripping hazards.

• Price Model: $199 One-Time Visit

• The Stagecoach Run

• Primary Client Need: Safe, reliable transportation, and advocacy for medical appointments outside of Green River.

• Inclusions & Focus: Door-to-door service to Rock Springs; staff stays with client during the appointment (advocacy).

• Price Model: $75 per trip (Up to 3 Hours)

• The "Fill Your Freezer" Session

• Primary Client Need: Nutritional support for seniors struggling with store trips or cooking due to seasonal illness/fatigue.

• Inclusions & Focus: Grocery shopping, cooking 3-4 large batches of hearty meals in their home, and freezer portioning.

• Price Model:$100 Flat Fee + Groceries.
